Mars Cub Pack

Baden-Powell (or Lieutenant General Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden-Powell to give him his full name!)  sums up what the MARS pack is all about:

We were put us in this jolly world to be happy and enjoy life. Happiness doesn't come from being rich, nor merely from being successful in your career, nor by self-indulgence. One step towards happiness is to make yourself healthy and strong while you are a child so that you can be useful and enjoy life.

At MARS we strive to foster a fun and inclusive enviorment that helps the Cubs to learn and develop through getting 'hands on'.

What we do....

We do a varity of differnent things at Mars including cooking, woodwork, leatherwork, pioneering and sports (outside if possible)! 

What we do....

We offer an exciting mix of activities and badges for the cubs to try. In the summer we are out as much as possible and over the winter we look to give the Cubs the skills for the following summer. We offer 3 weekend camps a year, one in each term.
